At FoodDeliveryApparel.com, every product is made on demand through our trusted third-party manufacturing partners. Because each item is custom-printed and made specifically for your order, we want to ensure every delivery meets our quality standards.
Reprints & Order Issues
If there’s an issue with your order that has already been fulfilled, please go to your order list within the app or website, click the Actions (⋮) button, and select “Reprint Request.” Fill out the short form, and our support team will review your request.
We’ll respond as soon as possible via email with a resolution, which may include a reprint or follow-up questions.
30-Day Reprint Policy
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to report any issue related to print quality or manufacturing defects.
We’re happy to reprint any item where there is a clear issue with:

Incorrect item or size shipped

Manufacturing or adherence errors
We cannot offer reprints or refunds for issues related to low-quality image files, incorrect sizing selected, or customer error during order entry.
Refunds
Because our products are custom-made-to-order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges except in cases where a reprint cannot resolve the issue and management approves the refund.
If your refund is approved, please allow up to 7 business days for processing once it’s issued. If you have not received your refund after this time:
